I have got a gallon of Joe Mattioli's Ancient Orange and Spice Mead in a cool dark place just a bubblin!!  Huh

Thanks for all the info. I have been lurking for a while!  Thanks for the awesome podcast Johnny Max!

I can not wait to brew some beer this summer!

let us know how that turns out....i still have some bottles of that from about 1 year and a half ago....it turned out less than desiredable...i think i had too much cinnamon and all-spice!

Welcome Aboard!!!  Yeah, I'd like to know how that turns out as well.  I haven't tried making that particular mead, yet.  I've got 3 bottles of Orange Blossum waiting to age though.
