Just drove through 5 hours of snow rain and sleet to get to my Dad's for Christmas. Now it's time to break out the Baltic Porter I brought to share. I may just drink it all myself!!

That's my favorite part, gobby. I have modified things in my house to make them brew equipment many times now. I love the DIY aspect of this hobby. Hell I turned a piece of 5 inch ducting into a my grain hopper! |

got half my ale bottled up yesterday, and right before I racked second carboy to bucket I realized I didn't have enough caps to do the second one. This is why I dont drink when working. that could have been bad. But the good news is my wife took the kids to the mall(brew shop across the street) so now I get caps and some more grain. so it worked out great. going back to 5 gal. brews till the weather warms up some. going to rock out the kitchen for awhile. warm air and i still get the cold ass tap water. best of both worlds. thought this was thread whoring worthy.  |
